URL Address
Uniform Resource Locator - web address of a website or file located on the web
Many web addresses begin with www., but not all!
If a web address begins with http, then it is a public site, which means that anyone can be "listening." If it begins with https, then it is a secure site. NEVER enter private information, like a credit card number, unless the site has an https address. Always look at the address bar to make sure before you enter information!
If you know the URL address, DO NOT type it into the Google Search Bar, type it into the address bar.

Embed
To embed something means you are putting the actual image, video, or project into your page, not just a link. The visitor can see the object you are embedding.
Many times videos will give you an embed code, which is a long string of words and symbols, that you can use to embed it onto your Weebly site. Even if you cannot find a code, you can make one easily using a website called embed.ly. All you need is the URL address!
